Please see below for setting up files.. Do not hesitate to call us if you are unsure about anything

File Formats:
For the very best results please use the following applications:

Quark Xpress
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Corel Draw

If your application is not above please contact us for further info on setting up files. To ensure the inclusion of all files I.e. fonts and images please save to a separate folder as in Quark Xpress and InDesign.

Crops and Bleeds:
Please add a 3mm all around your artwork for instance images and solid coloured backgrounds.

Text MUST start at least 4mm away from the edge of paper i.e. A4 (210x297mm) text will start at 206x293mm. HINT: add guidelines or ruler guides to ensure no text overflows.

Fonts:
Embed all fonts when sending PDF File. Using the Pre Press or High Quality option will ensure all settings are correct.

If sending an eps file or Svg file for instance from illustrator ensure all fonts are converted to outlines.

Images:
Resolution - All images should be at least 300dpi.
Colour - please convert all images to CMYK colour mode.

Files acceptable:- SVG, EPS, JPG, JPEF, *PDF (most suited), AI, PSD,
